These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pickle Score mobile application (the "App") provided by Pickle Score ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Pickle Score is intended solely for scorekeeping, match tracking, and player statistics related to the sport of pickleball. You agree to use the App for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted in writing by us.

4.1 Match Data

All scores, match results, and player information entered into the App are your responsibility. We do not verify the accuracy of match data and are not liable for incorrect information entered by users.

4.2 Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5.1 Subscription Terms

Certain features of the App may be offered as premium features via subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Payments

All payments for premium subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

The free version of the App may display advertisements delivered by Google AdMob or similar third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for products or services offered by third parties through such advertisements.

The App, including its design, source code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding user-generated match data), is owned by Pickle Score or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickle Score and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components, or that match data will be preserved without loss.

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm other users or us. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pickle Score operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
